I forgot to put in the corner: Mew_Rikka (c) 4.7.06<br />
Ok, first off I drew this colored it in with prisma colored pencils. scanned it in 2 weeks later (aka today) e-mailed it to myself went to my sister's computer (cause it has adobe photo shop) did the neon glow.. (white backround) unfotunatly i forgot to add the black bacround and it was too big for FAC...so i had to color the backround, do neon glow..PLUS RESIZE IT A BILLION TIMES...and make the quality lower.<br />
